Hi:
Have had trouble syncing my Safari Bookmarks to dot mac.  The files and folders show at .mac, however, if I click on a folder,   at "The bookmark Menu"   says  "The folder is empty". Have contacted dot mac support and have done everything they have suggested before I  emailed them, but things don't seem to be working correctly.   In addition, at dot mac, the window where you want to delete the files, on-line, they are NOT highlighted for me as to yes or no. No problem before this as far as I know. On the menu bar at dot mac  I show web addresses, however on my mac I do not have any thing there. The bookmarks are correct on my computer.   Address book seems to be ok as far as I can tell.

Could this be a problem is the plist files in Sync Services-local-conflicts or something else?

Appreciate any help anyone can give me.  Thanks and Have a great day and A Happy Holiday Season. :)

Hi REGGIELV,

I haven't had .Mac for a while now, so my memory with syncing everything is somewhat limited.

Everything is fine on your Mac right? Bookmarks, Address Book, etc. So what I would do first, is start over on the .Mac side of things. Delete everything you have synced with .Mac (backup the things you don't want lost) and try syncing everything again.

:oGo into system preferences and unsubscribe from .mac. restart computer. Go into .mac and register.
When it asks, sync everything from .mac and it should fix problems with files on the server.
.mac support is not great compared to apple support.

So this would effectively reset everything .Mac wise right?
